Did you ever wonder why dogs bite? Not me, I've always made a high pitched noise before I strike. Traditionally, Bassett's were used for hunting animals like Mink and other hole dwellers. We are known for our Jaws locking and our speed to kill. Personally, I have never bitten anyone but I know dogs that have. Do you have any thoughts on biting? Post them here!
